Raquel’s Fitness Journey: From Overwhelmed to Empowered at Ambassador Fitness

Before joining Ambassador Fitness & Performance, Raquel King-Hanna struggled with consistency—joining gyms, trying on her own, then falling off after a few months. That changed when she found Ambassador. With structured workouts, warm-ups ready to go, and a supportive environment, Raquel now trains 2–3 times a week, joined a run club, and even started paddle boarding. She finally found a space where she feels supported, not judged. Her advice to others in their 30s looking to lose weight, build a routine, and feel confident: start now.
