For those who are most motivated in a group setting but still want the attention of personal training.

We look forward to having you!

Capped at 10 people per class, the space and class volume allows for the careful attention that personal training provides with all the fun that working out in a group brings. Each week includes a variety of training methods, including but not limited to bodyweight strength training, lower-body focussed workouts, circuit style training and Coach Chelsea's personal favourite, Cardio Dance Fusion, on Monday nights.

Our Classes

Glute Camp

Calling all booty-builders! Every other Wednesday, we’ll start a fire with an intense glute-focused, lower-body class. Toning and sculpting is the name of the game — can you handle the heat?

Saturday Strong

Command your weekend by showing your body who’s boss every Saturday morning with a full-body strength and resistance training class. With lots of room for creativity, we will use everything from our own beautiful body weight to kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more!
